Bharat has a general practice background with a bias towards accounts and audit of small to medium sized businesses.  He trained with a four partner firm in West End and moved to a 13 partner practice where he qualified in 1993. He subsequently set up as a sole practitioner until he joined Sterling in 2000. He specialises in advising clients on start-up business situations. He is particularly good at cultivating young businesses to deal with the complex business and economic world. His strength lies in delivering services that always exceeds clients' expectations. He is responsible for the firm's administration and staffing matters. Sterling has been established since 1994 and is committed to providing a highly personalised quality service. We strive to create an environment which stimulates regular contact between the partners, our staff and our valued clients. We are all encouraged to take an interest in our clients and their affairs in order to cultivate long term relationships with them and enable us to respond effectively to their needs. We have steadily grown from a sole practitioner to a four partner firm, employing qualified staff in order to provide a level and range of services normally available in larger firms (but without the associated higher fees) and at the same time retaining the personal touch. We believe that there is a knowledge gap in many, if not all, small and medium sized enterprises. They cannot afford full-time financial expertise but would really benefit and value of someone answering their day-to-day problems.
